When will I receive my order?

Orders are fulfilled by queue status (first in, first out) and generally ship out within 1-2 days. Shipping times will vary. Expect delays for weekends and holidays. 

What are your return policies?

To begin a return please send a request through the Contact page. Please note that we can only accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Returns are subject to inspection and can be denied.

Do you have a physical store?

We currently only operate online, but we plan to open a physical store soon!
